1. Definitions

4. Account Registration and Security

• Valid email address;
• Residential address in Indonesia;

All information provided during registration is subject to verification through our KYC process. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

4.2 KYC Verification

Before you can withdraw funds or access certain features of the Platform, you must complete the KYC verification process by submitting the following documents:

• A clear, legible copy of your KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — Indonesian National ID Card);
• A recent proof-of-address document (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months);

Verification is typically completed within 1–24 hours during business hours (WIB). During peak promotional periods, verification may take up to 48 hours. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration will be restricted to demo play only, and deposit functionality will be disabled.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all wagers placed and transactions made.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed);

• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold of Rp 100.000;
• You are withdrawing to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name that matches the name on your verified KYC documents.

VIP members benefit from priority processing with average withdrawal times under 3 minutes. Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed at the start of the next business day.

5.3 Fees and Charges

luck77 does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third-party payment processors.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements). For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of 20 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus. 7. Gameplay Rules and Betting Limits

All games offered on the luck77 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by professional dealers under video supervision. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

7.1 Sports Betting

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luck77 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
